Create Account Issue

hello I tried to create account in normal more, incognito mode, I receive error in the image.

    Since you've already tried both normal and incognito mode and still see "Your request has failed," it's worth trying the following:

    1. Try a different browser (or a different device)
    2. Disable any ad blockers, privacy extensions, or VPN browser extensions temporarily.
    3. If you're on a work, school, or otherwise managed network, try switching to a different network (like your phone's hotspot) to see if that changes anything.
    4. Take a look at our Adjust your network settings guide.
