CPU goes to 100% after opening Figma Preview

Hey guys, lately I have been facing a performance issue with the figma preview funcionality. I work with web design and once I have my design finished I usually visualize the result with the Preview feature. But right now it seems that my CPU and laptop fans go crazy.

If I open the preview mode into another dedicated tab to have it fullscreen its even worse and my CPU literally stays in the 95% to 100% range. To make it worst, once I kill the preview tab to stop overloading my CPU, it still remains at 95% to 100% with the fans going crazy, so I need to kill Figma in Task manager and reopen it.

The simple solution for now is to not use the preview/presentation functionality, but I would like to see if someone else is suffering from the problem and insights on what can be done.
