Copy PNG to Fill Layer No Longer Works

I used the COPY PNG feature a lot and paste it into a fill layer. This week that functionality broke down. Now if you try and COPY PNG and paste it will only do it for one layer and remove every other fill layer. In the past you could choose the fill layer so it would preserve backgrounds or any other fills. Seems like perhaps the latest update broke this feature?

This is resolved. You have to hit Shift+CMND+V after “COPY as PNG”  in order to paste into a fill layer.
