Kate Lawlor

Hi

I’m trying to get in touch with the sales team -  just for information about trialling he Professional plan (or whichever plan is required) that includes Figma Make.

If someone could send me an email whenever they can: [redacted] that would be great thanks.

Thanks so much for your help,
Kate Lawlor

Hi Kate,  thanks for reaching out! Response times from the Sales team can vary depending on their queue, and I’m not able to share an exact ETA.
In the meantime, I can clarify a few things for you:

After checking internally, I can confirm that Figma doesn't offer discounts in for any paid plan at this time. That being said, our Professional plan provides reduced rates when you subscribe to an annual plan compared to the monthly plan. You can see a breakdown of the per month cost between monthly and annual professional plan on our pricing page here: figma.com/pricing
Note: annual plans require payment upfront for the year.

Our free Starter plan also allows up to 3 Design and 3 FigJam files in a team, which can be enough for many people to get started. More details here: Figma plans and features.
Also please note, Starter plans are also a free way to explore Figma Make. But if you’re on a Starter plan, there are some limitations to how you can use Figma Make:

  • Starter plans cannot use team libraries to bring style context to Figma Make (team libraries are a paid feature)
  • Starter plans can only publish to the public web if they also publish to the Figma Community

More information on Who Has Access to Figma Make in our guide here.

Hope this clarifies!

Great thanks - I've just seen that many people have issues getting in touch with the sales team - do you know how long it takes a response usually takes?

Thanks

Kate

Hi Celine,
I'm just looking to subscribe to a professional, full seat ( 16 euro a month I think?) in order to access Figma Make.
I was wondering if the sales team could let me know if there is an option for a free trial with this access?
I've emailed them twice but just haven't had a response yet!
Many thanks
Kate
