Contact Form on Figma Website - does it actually work?

I recently submitted a question / request for some support regarding plans and billing changes, and the contact form on the main figma page doesn’t provide any confirmation if form submission has be succesful / failed - all things considered I’d expect Figma to have pretty good UX, but this doesn’t work for me…

Same on multiple browsers/devices.
