I am trying to contact ANYONE at Figma as my renewal is coming up and have some questions and adjustments to make.
Who can I contact? I also have a ticket opened 1685455 for someone to reach out to me.

I took a look on the backend at the ticket you linked, and it looks like support merged it with ticket #1683501.
