Constraints and spacing

Constraints in my new projects don’t work properly — objects that are supposed to stick to the top behave as if I set them to center alignment. It's terribly inconvenient, especially when I change the height of a frame.

Also, in one of my new projects, I can't see the spacing between objects using the Option key. I can only see the spacing relative to the main frame.

Please fix this.
