Hello Figma,
I’m a student at the University of California, Irvine. I’ve been stopped by SheerID’s verification process over and over, and I use Figma for school and work-- so this has been a pretty big issue.

I entered all my details, but was told to retry until it said it exceeded. I filed a ticket with SheerID.

SheerID closed my case, saying they “were unable to process the request.” There seems to be no other solution but to contact them. This loop has been quite irritating.
