Constant Verification Limit Exceeded for Student Plan (No Sheer ID Help)

Hello Figma,

I’m a student at the University of California, Irvine. I’ve been stopped by SheerID’s verification process over and over, and I use Figma for school and work-- so this has been a pretty big issue.

  • I entered all my details, but was told to retry until it said it exceeded. I filed a ticket with SheerID. 

  • SheerID closed my case, saying they “were unable to process the request.” There seems to be no other solution but to contact them. This loop has been quite irritating.

Please reach out to me soon so I can quickly amend this issue.

Hey ​@rhearem — thanks for reaching out here, and I’m sorry you’ve run into this with the verification.

We’re not able to access or share account-specific details in Figma Forum for privacy reasons. Since SheerID manages the verification process directly, the best next step is to reply to their email thread and CC education@figma.com. That will loop in our Education team so they can double-check your account settings and make sure any supporting documents SheerID has asked for are uploaded correctly.

Hello. I’ve also gone through the same error over 10 times, I have already reached out to the SheerID support teams numerous times. I think they have reset my account from limited verification, but the problem is that I’ve tried verifyng but I’m still stuck with the same error.

I e-mailed the SheerID support team again, waiting for the reply.

I think this error won’t be solved by resetting the verification limit.

Please check my account and solve this problem.
