Consistently getting "...design are too large to upload.." in Figma Make

I completely understand how frustrating this must be to continue to run into the same error despite updating your Frames, so I appreciate you taking the time to share the details with us.
 
To best advise, could you please confirm if you're looking to add the items in the frame as components to be used in the Figma Make file for a prototype, or if you want to import the entire frame to be included and used as the prototype?
 
Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated, so I can continue to help troubleshoot. 

Yep, same here..  which ever frame I try pasting in it shows this error.

Could you provide a bit more detail on what steps you are taking where you got that error message? Understanding what you are selecting and what your goal is can help us narrow down the cause. For example, are you selecting a specific frame or prototype to paste over into Make? Is this a brand new Make file or one you’ve already been iterating on? With that context we can figure out the next steps to help you move forward with your Make file. 

In which ever make file I try to past any frame it shows this error, simple frame or complicated frame I tried pasting in frame from multiple files, and inside multiple make files. Always the same.

Just to clarify, so this is indeed also happening when trying to paste a frame in a brand new Make file? Are you able to share an example file with us?

If you can’t share it publicly, we can also help connect you with our technical quality team to investigate this with you further, 

no .. not able to share it.. its company owned property.
But its really simple as that .. which ever frame I try and link inside make, either link or copy/past the frame itself.. it shows that error.. 🤷🏼

I have the same error and my colleague using the same exact file and screen had no problems sending it to Figma Make
