Connect a personal domain figma sites

I understand that you’re having an issue with connecting a custom domain to your site.

I noticed that you have a Professional plan team, and it seems that within that team, you already have one verified custom domain connected to your site.
Could you please confirm whether you’re having trouble with that existing verified domain, or if the issue is with adding another custom domain?

I know you mentioned that you’ve already tried troubleshooting, but could you please double-check this guide to ensure everything has been covered?  Troubleshoot the domain connection

If the issue persists, you can ask our chatbot to help you open an email case with our Support team by:

Alternatively, you can share the following information here so we can escalate this issue to the team on your behalf if needed:

• The URL of your file

• Your custom domain
