Title: Confusing duplicate billing / prorated charges for second Full seat

We are currently on a Figma Professional plan and have 2 intended paid Full seats (one admin seat and one additional editor seat), plus a View-only user.

However, our billing has become confusing and appears inconsistent across invoices and upcoming charges.

What we are seeing:

  1. We already paid for our first annual Full seat:

  • $192 annual Full seat (Admin)

  • Invoice dated March 23, 2026

  1. We later received another invoice that includes:

  • “Prorated Professional Full seat (annual)” = $192

  • Plus small collab/monthly adjustments

  • Total paid: $211.78 (April 23, 2026 invoice)

This suggests a second Full seat was already charged.

  1. Despite this, the upcoming invoice still shows:

  • “Billing adjustments” = $175.69

  • Monthly costs = $0

  • No active monthly seats listed

Issue:

We are trying to understand why there is an additional $175.69 billing adjustment when:

  • We already have only 2 intended Full seats total

  • Monthly seat usage shows zero

  • And one Full seat was already billed as an annual prorated charge

Concern:

It appears we may be seeing a duplicated or additional prorated charge for the second Full seat, but it is not clearly explained in the billing breakdown.

Request:

Can someone clarify:

  • What exactly the $175.69 billing adjustment represents?

  • Whether it is a duplicate charge, remaining prorated balance, or seat true-up?

  • And how we can verify we are only paying for 2 Full seats total?

Regarding your other questions that are not specific to your billing, we have a help article on managing billing for the Professional plan. Only Team owners and Admins can do this; if you are not either of those that would explain why you can’t see and manage the billing, seats, and more.’
