Hello, 

 

I am currently having trouble registering for Config 2026. For some reason, when I click the attend in person option, I don’t see any window in which I can formally register for the event with my payment method. Instead, I am directed instantly to the “Thank you” page with directions to check my inbox. Upon checking my inbox, I don’t see any confirmation either. Who can I talk to in order to resolve this issue and sign up for in-person attendance?

Hey ​@Celine_ , seeing the same issue. I tried registering for the event using my work email. When I click the register for in-person attendance option, I am directed straight to the “Thank You” page without seeing any option to input my payment information and formally register. Furthermore, the “Thank You” page asks that I check my inbox for confirmation, but I don’t see any such email. Would appreciate and help you can give me as soon as possible.

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help with this. I understand that you're trying to register for in-person attendance for Config, but when selecting that option, you're immediately redirected to a “Thank you” page without being prompted to complete payment.
