I have several component with linked Variables to the selected Theme on the page.
Even if I have the linked variables matched to the selected themes there seems to be a bug where sometimes the linked variable will not update to the proper theme when I switch the page level theme.
Some of the components update fine, others will not. I’m not sure what causes this but it’s confusing and frustrating.

I figured out my own problem.
Under Appearance, I had added a variable mode to my dark mode components. So they stayed dark mode when I set the page to light mode. I removed that and the component will now update to the correct theme.
