Hi,
we currently experience a very strange bug:
When dragging a specific component out of the library it is only importing a white frame. When detaching it there is no content in it.
This only appears in older files. If I create a new file it works just fine.
Things we tried to solve the issue:
- Update the component library
- Re-Publishing the damaged component
- Repair component connections
I am pretty sure that there is a bug within that instance. But as this component is used among the whole company I want to avoid recreating it to keep the connection to the library.
Do you have any idea to solve that issue? Is it maybe common?
