Complete lack of synchronization. Figma Mirror

There is a complete lack of synchronization between changes to the workspace in Figma and Figma Mirror. Figma Mirror's search shows PIN'ed files that were deleted long ago, file covers don't update, which significantly complicates navigation, and there's no synchronization between the mobile app and desktop. I have the impression that I'm the only one using your apps, because apparently no one else encounters this problem, or encounters it constantly and turns a blind eye. Please solve the underlying problem with your app.

I completely understand your frustration. From what I can see using my desktop app and the iOS Figma app, things are syncing as expected. With a few more details, I’d be happy to flag this over to our team to investigate further. 

To start troubleshooting, what OS are you using and are both your desktop app and your mobile app up to date? Can you also ensure that your Settings for both apps have selected the same account and same team?

MacOS, Android. Both updated. Same account and team

Still the same issue on my Pixel 7 Pro. So laggy it's basically useless. But it didn't use to be like this, I remember it working much better some years ago.

I’ve merged your topic here, since this is a more recent topic that our mobile team is investigating.

To help our team with their investigation, since you mentioned that it worked better previously, when did you first notice the increase in lag? What OS are you using and are both your desktop and your mobile apps up to date? Can you also ensure that your Settings for both apps have selected the same account and same team?

We’ll send these details over to the team to try to reproduce and work towards a fix.

Same issue as others, the mirror stops working after a while, and it used to work. I’m on android 16.

When it happened, I was changing a component in another tab, went back to my design tab, and it wouldn’t sync anymore.

Since you also mentioned that it worked better previously (and you’re now on Android 16). When did you first notice the change? Are both your desktop and your mobile apps up to date? And can you also ensure that your Settings for both apps have selected the same account and same team?

Our team is still trying to reproduce the issue, so they can pinpoint and fix.
