Company account suspended, no one responding to our emails

My company’s Figma account was suspended and we've been reaching out to our account manager to resolve but no one is responding. This is a major problem as many of our teams are blocked from doing their work. We’re working towards a major presentation tomorrow and this poses a significant risk.

Thank you, Tom. Unfortunately we still haven’t heard back from any of our contacts or from support for that case. My team has tried downloading the files they were in the middle of but can’t even access that for download anymore, so the work is lost until we're back up. Is there a way to regain access until this matter gets resolved?
