Community profile handle shows incorrect length error

Hi! I created a Community profile today. When I try to change my handle to something shorter than 15 characters, I sometimes still get an error saying the handle is too long. Is there a known delay/caching issue, or recommended steps to ensure the new handle saves correctly? Thanks!

    Community profile handles can be up to 15 alphanumeric characters, including underscores. You can find the full details here:

    If your handle is definitely under 15 characters, could you try a couple of things to rule out caching issues?

    • Try updating it in a different supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox)

    • Try again in an incognito window
