Commercial Project Access Recovery Request

Hello Support Team,

I am requesting urgent assistance in restoring access to a commercial project created under my Figma account.

The account was registered using an email address that has since been permanently deleted and is no longer recoverable. As a result, I cannot access the account or reset the password.

The project stored in this account is a paid commercial project developed for a client. I am the sole author and intellectual property owner of the design materials. Loss of access directly impacts contractual obligations and financial commitments.

At this time, I can provide:

  • Screenshots of the project interface confirming authorship

  • My full name used in the account

  • Approximate period of project creation

  • Any additional identification documents required to verify ownership

Please advise on the verification procedure required to either:

  1. Restore access to the original account, or

  2. Transfer the project to a new account under my control.

Given the commercial nature of the project, I kindly request priority handling of this case.

I am ready to provide any further documentation necessary to confirm my identity and ownership rights.

I understand that the email linked to your Figma account has been permanently deleted and you’re looking for a way to regain access.

 

If you’re forwarding mail from your old address to your current one, the easiest way to get back into your account is to reset your password. However, it sounds like that isn’t possible in your case. — Manage email address or password.

 

If you’re not forwarding emails, our support team can manually update the email address for you. For security and privacy reasons we’re unable to handle specific account issues in the forum.
