In relation to the new vector editing functionality - it’s quite difficult to colour different sections of the same vector in. I’ve used a grid with cells to explain.

So, for example, I want to colour in some of the grid’s cells. To do so, I first have to use the ‘Paint’ tool to clear the fill of each cell, and then reuse the ‘Paint’ tool to refill each cell. Only then will it let me select the specific cells individually.

It’s frustrating that I can’t select the individual cells from the get go. Surely it should recognise each of these separate cells (each have an intact boundary) without having to use the Paint tool to trigger this recognition.
