Code Connect UI [Add instructions for MCP] button missing?

Hi, want to check if others are seeing the same thing, or if the latest UI changed.

following this doc

there should be a Add instructions for MCP button in Code Connect UI to steer LLM code gen

but the desktop app has no such button

want to check if this feature no longer exists or I am doing something wrong, thanks

same here when i click into the connected component i see it briefly then its gone
