Code Connect integration is disabled for everyone

Hello, our company wants to try the Code Connect with Figma files but everyone, except for the Admin of our Figma org, has a disabled “Connect to Github” button. See below:

We have tried making people Administrators of teams, giving people full design seats, giving people Dev seats, Edit access of teams, etc and nothing works.

Has anyone figured out how to enable the Connect to Github button for any of their users? We’d prefer not having to have the Admin setup Github integration and would like our Devs to set it up.

It looks like our team was able to connect with you on Reddit, but to reiterate what was said here, the team confirmed that this is not a bug. Right now, connecting Code Connect to GitHub is intentionally limited to the file owner, which is why others will see the button disabled.

In the meantime, the team is already working towards a better solution, and we appreciate that you’ve flagged this. We will be sure to update you, if/when we have more information from the team.
