Cobro que no corresponde al servicio

Solicito el contacto directo con una persona de soporte ya que se realizo un cobro que no corresponde al servicio que se esta prestando.

Se monto un caso el jueves 10 de septiembre con el numero de ticket 2124554 y aun no he recibido respuesta o contacto del asesor.
