Cmd + L currently links to the parent frame.
Right clicking an element → copy/paste as → copy link to selection links to specific elements within the frame, but this action in the menu lists Cmd + L as the hotkey.
Cmd + L should link to the specific frame.
I actually can’t imagine a scenario where a user selects a specific element within a frame and copies it as a link, expecting it to link to the parent.
