Closing variables panel closes the manage libraries panel

Small bug to report.

  1. Open both the Variables panel and the Manage Libraries panels.
  2. Close the Variable panel using the X
  3. The Manage Libraries panel closes

The opposite behavior is also strange:

  1. Open both the Variables panel and the Manage Libraries panels.
  2. Close the Manage Libraries panel using the X
  3. Both panels close

Additionally, the ability to bring either panel to the front would also be a nice improvement.

Hey ​@Joe_Robinson - thanks for reporting this! I’m going to check in with engineering - I was able to replicate and see what you mean. I’ll update you when I get more info.

Hey ​@Joe_Robinson - got an update from engineering.

Can confirm that this is a bug in the UI, and they have it logged to be addressed in the future. I can’t guarantee a specific date at the moment, but lmk if you notice other panels start showing similar behavior.
