I have shared our my presentation according to these instructions. The logic behind it seems totally lost:

  • Client can’t open it through the direct URL (stuck as black loading screen)
  • I can open it in any browser (in which I’m not logged into Figma)
  • I can open it in an incognito window (in which I’m not logged into Figma)
  • I can’t open it in on my phone (stuck as black loading screen)
  • A colleague can open it in on his phone
  • A colleague can open it in on his phone in an incognito window

I’ve shared the presentation in Present Mode through the Share Presentation button. On ‘who has access’ I’ve selected Anyone. It is not password protected. I then proceeded to send the client the URL from the 🔗 Copy Audience Link button, with no luck.

What’s happening here? Need to get this out asap and I’m quite lost.
