I canceled my Figma subscription a month ago (Professional Full seats), right after subscribing, because I was sure I only needed pro for 1 month (I just needed to use dev mode for a small project). I was charged $15 for that last month, for the period Sep 17 – Oct 17, 2025. My account is currently showing as on the free Starter plan. Despite this, I was charged $5 for the Professional team subscription today, on Sept 17, 2025. 

I expected my cancellation to be processed correctly, yet I find myself facing an unexpected charge. I don’t even understand really what this $5 is for, since the pro seat was for $15 last month. Regardless, I do not require any figma pro service for this month, so this is just a waste of my money.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? It's crucial to resolve this matter quickly. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
