Charged after cancelling subscription

I cancelled my subscription and a week or two after that I was still charged $15.00. 
I do not see any seats on the professional plan neither I can access the files that I’ve worked on, which means the plan is cancelled. 

I also cannot find where I can change my billing info not to be charged again.

Why am I having these problems? The support team is not responsive. My ticket issue has been submitted almost a week ago.

Seems like you’re having a frustrating experience with your cancellation - sorry to hear that. While we can’t assist with billing issues here in the forum, I searched and found your ticket and raised the priority with the team for you. You should hear back soon!
