I would like to report an issue with my Figma subscription.
I cancelled my subscription, however I noticed that my account was still charged on December 20, even after the cancellation.
I want to clarify that I do not wish to remain subscribed, and this charge seems to be a mistake.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
What is the best way to request a refund in this situation?
