change starter plan to pro plan

Hello

Recently I bought a pro plan, but my account is doesnt changed to pro. I tried to sign in again few more times, plase help, its very impportant to me to finish my task. Thank you.

To help narrow down what’s happening, could you try the following and let me know what you find?

  1. Email address: Double-check whether you might have used a different email to create your account, and try signing in with any others to see if you’re able to access Professional plan features.
  2. Teams: From your Home tab, open the team dropdown in the left sidebar. Do you see any other teams listed that appear to be on the Professional plan?
  3. Notifications: When you try to finish your task, do you see a specific error or paywall message? If so, what does it say?
