Change not reflected after using credits in Figma Make

 I added a new change in Figma make, my credits got consumed but I do the see the change in the UI nor the version got updated nor can i see my last request in the chat history

I understand how spending Credits with nothing to show for them is frustrating. Having credits deducted, no new version, and the prompt missing from chat history usually means the request completed on our side, but the result never got written back to your file, so the client rolled the edit back. That's definitely not expected behavior. A few things that would help us pin down your specific case:

  • Roughly when the prompt ran (date + time, with your timezone)
  • Which model you had selected in the model picker
  • Any error ID, if one appeared

In the meantime, two things that often help if the file has a long history: clearing chat context (this keeps your chat visible but stops the model from re-reading everything each turn), and trimming any very large generated or imported files in the project.

Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, I have mentioned all details in the support ticket. 
But just to update you, I ran the prompt on 10th of August at around 16:10 PM IST. I was on the Default model - Build mode. I did not see any error.

I will make context changes as soon as this issue is resolved.
