I am trying to change the email associated with another Figma account that I have and receiving an “incorrect password” error whenever I attempt to make the change. Here is what happens, step-by-step:
- Open ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Change email’
- Type in requested info: ‘New email’ and ‘Confirm password’
- Click ‘Submit’ button
- Form does not submit and a red pop-up appears at the top of the page: ‘You entered an incorrect password.’
I have double-checked that I am using the correct password and even updated it just in case.
