I understand you'd like to change from the Education Plan to the Free Starter Plan.

To help us understand the reason for this switch, are you currently unable to work on your projects because your education team has been locked after your education status expired?

To clarify, when your education status expires, your account will automatically switch to the Free Starter Plan. This plan allows you to have 3 files in a team, along with the features that come with it.

As long as you stay within those limits, your account will remain active, and you can continue working on your files. Any additional files will need to be moved to your drafts.
