Captcha triggered repeatedly during normal use

Hello Figma Support team,

 

I’m experiencing an issue where I’m repeatedly asked to complete a captcha while using Figma, even during very minimal activity.

 

Yesterday I exported several files from my account as a precaution before my Education plan expired. Since then, Figma has started triggering captchas very frequently. Today, even exporting a single frame causes a captcha challenge.

 

I’ve already tried the following:

 

restarting the app and logging out/in

 

switching networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)

 

using the desktop app and browser (including mobile)

 

However, the issue persists.

 

Could you please check if my account or IP has been flagged by mistake and help remove this restriction? This is affecting my normal workflow quite a bit.
