Cant verify student status for last 3 months

Hello Figma Team,

I’ve been trying to verify my student status for the past three months but haven’t been able to complete the process. My university does not provide a university-issued email ID, so I submitted the required documents instead. Unfortunately, my verification was cancelled, and after multiple attempts it now shows “limit exceeded.”

Access to the student pass is very important for my academic and design work. I’ve already contacted SheerID, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I also tried emailing Figma earlier but haven’t received any response.

Could you please help by manually verifying my student status or guiding me on how to proceed? I’m happy to share any additional documents required.
