Cannot Verify My Student Account

Hello! I have submitted several different types of documents to the following website

with the intention of getting my student account verified. Every document I have uploaded contained my name, my school, and a date. I have tried uploading my student ID, my class schedule, my letter of enrollment, and my tuition receipt, all of which have failed. Now it says “verification limit exceeded”. What am I supposed to do? I need Figma for my college courses. Please help!!!!!!

I understand you’re running into issues with Education verification. It looks like you’re applying for the Higher Education plan — is that correct?

 

If you’re seeing a “Verification limit exceeded” message, the best next step is to contact SheerID directly. They handle Education verification and have an updated process specifically for resolving this error.
