Cannot receive team invitation emails and verification login emails

When I recently asked my company members to sign up for a Figma account, but I cannot received the invitation email . Also, recently we were unable to receive verification emails when registering or logging in. Please help solve it. Thank you.

I have checked with our IT,  there is no any filter to block the figma.com domain.any I don’t get any junk email , please help as soon as possible.
