My login works fine on desktop.

When I try to mirror on ipad I am asked to login on the figma app on iPad (running ios 26). Entering the same login info I just get the login screen again - and again - and again..
I would like to check my design by mirroring it onto my ipad. How can I do this?

Hey @Robert J Huber, thanks for reaching out!

Can you please confirm whether you have Lockdown mode enabled on your iOS device? For your reference, the Figma app and mirroring site (figma.com/mirror) cannot be used when Lockdown mode is enabled as it blocks certain browser features needed to run the app. Users have previously reported the browser version compatibility screen error may be shown to them when they have this mode enabled and we apologise for any confusion caused by our error messaging.

In case this is what is triggering the error, you can continue to use Figma if you exclude Figma from Lockdown mode. To do this, you can follow the steps below:
1. On the error page opened when trying to use the mobile app
2. Tap the Page Settings button (AA), then tap Website Settings
3. Turn off Lockdown Mode

Can you please also make sure that Safari is your default browser for your iPad and to just verify you are using Safari from your iPad device to login?

If Lockdown mode is not enabled and you are still seeing this issue please let me know, happy to get you connected to our support team to investigate this!
