Cannot login into Config 2026 page

We’re not aware of others having issues with the Config site at this time. Are you still having issues logging in and/or changing your password? 

I actually had to change my own password this morning myself, but I received the email with the subject line: “Config Password Reset” immediately. This email will contain a temporary new password as well as a link to set your own password upon login. Please note that it is also only Config Day 0. Attendees are only picking up their badges and exploring Config Commons today. Config Day 1 doesn’t kick off until tomorrow morning’s keynote: Wednesday, 6/24 at 9am PT. You haven’t missed any of the action yet! 

Hi! I am facing the same issue, I registered for Config virtually but I cannot login, despite resetting the password.

Are you still having issues logging in? What are you seeing on your end? What browser are you using? Is your browser up to date? And have you tried any alternative browsers yet to see if that helps? 

I’m using google chrome. Yes my browser is up to date, I will try with Safari. I am still having issues logging in.

Did Safari make any difference? If the issue persists, could you confirm that you've completed the full registration flow for the virtual experience?

Here are the steps: Go to config.figma.com → click Register → select Virtual → fill out the form → complete the process. Once that's done, try signing in again.

I did complete the full registration a few weeks ago but wasn’t able to login on chrome today. Safari seems to have done the trick. Thank you for the help!
