My account with jun.zhu@anu.edu.au can no longer receive emails because the email has been deactivated. Therefore, I cannot complete the email verification process to log in. This account is on the Education Plan and contains many important files.
Could you please advise how I can log in, or how I can transfer the files from this account to my personal account: junnn.zhuuu@gmail.com?
I have already submitted a support ticket (case number 1522691), but I have not received any response yet. I urgently need access to these files, so I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue ASAP.
