Cannot get response from Sales or Support

UTSA IDSER

Been trying to contact sales, we currently have a Professiona Plan and are wainting to upgrade to Organization. I have used the Contact Form 4 or 5 times, I never get a confirmation that an contact attempt was suibmitted or received, I don’t have a ticket # or anything similar. Any advice on how to get a response would be greatly appreacited.

May I ask for your Organization’s name and the domain? And would you like the team to reach out to you directly using the email linked to your Figma account here on the forum?

@djv, I replied to the email, but I’m not sure whether that was the appropriate next step, as I haven’t received a response yet. Our organization is the Institute for Demographic and Socioeconomic Research, an institute within the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Please use the email address associated with my Figma account to contact me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wasn’t able to locate any recent support tickets associated with the email on your Figma account.

I’ve gone ahead and created a new support ticket for you so the Sales team can take a closer look and follow up directly - your case number is #1871020.

In the meantime, just to share, you’re also able to upgrade to an Organization plan directly from your Admin settings if that works for your setup.

Hi Sales Team - I’m from Medscheme in South Africa - I have the exact same problem. We need to buy enterprise licenses. There’s no direct purchase ability on Figma.com and we’ve emailed and called no response.

 

Can we get some assistance urgently please. We’re buying the plan for the first time. We need Enterprise and it needs to be hosted in the EU not the US as US laws dont satisfy our local GDPR requirements.

  • Can you confirm “Medscheme” is the organization name?
