Cannot get response from Sales or Support

UTSA IDSER

Been trying to contact sales, we currently have a Professiona Plan and are wainting to upgrade to Organization. I have used the Contact Form 4 or 5 times, I never get a confirmation that an contact attempt was suibmitted or received, I don’t have a ticket # or anything similar. Any advice on how to get a response would be greatly appreacited.
