Cancelación de suscripción a plan

Hace unos dias cancele mi suscripción al plan profesional de Figma, concretamente lo cambie al plan gratuito. Sin embargo, hoy recibi un email en donde me indicaban que se desconto dinero de mi tarjeta a pesar de lo mencionado.

I hope it’s okay to reply in English. I understand your concern about being charged even after canceling your subscription.

 

After checking on our end, here’s what we found:

  • You currently only have a free Starter team.
  • Your team previously had a monthly Professional plan, which was canceled during the last billing term.
  • The plan originally included one Collab seat, which was changed to a Full seat before the end of that billing period.

 

To clarify, once you cancel a Professional plan, your team is downgraded to a free Starter team at the end of the current billing period. Until that billing period ends, you’ll continue to have access to all Professional plan features.

Any seat changes made before the downgrade are prorated and reflected on the final invoice.

In your case, while the previous billing period included a charge for a Collab seat, the change to a Full seat hadn’t been billed yet. This resulted in the prorated charge that appeared on your final invoice.

 

A quick note on seat types: A Full seat is required to create or edit Figma Design files.
