I can confirm that this plugin’s subscription is handled entirely outside of Figma’s billing platform, via the plugin creator’s own Stripe checkout. Since this subscription was purchased outside of Figma’s billing platform, we don’t have the ability to manage cancellations or refunds for it on our side.
This is also why the subscription doesn’t appear under Community purchases in your Figma account.
