cancel plugin subcription

I want to cancel subscription to the  lug in called 'AI Layout & Style Generator prompt.to.design by superrun”. They have been charging me since last 3 months. They never provided any receipt. They do not have contact details on their website. There is no link in the plug in to cancel. 

 

When I subscribed 3 months back, I was taken to a stripe link.

 

Since the plug in offered by Figma, Figma must provide me an option to cancel.

Thanks for your patience while I confirmed this internally.

I can confirm that this plugin’s subscription is handled entirely outside of Figma’s billing platform, via the plugin creator’s own Stripe checkout. Since this subscription was purchased outside of Figma’s billing platform, we don’t have the ability to manage cancellations or refunds for it on our side.

This is also why the subscription doesn’t appear under Community purchases in your Figma account.

The next step is to reach out directly to the plugin creator, as they’re the only ones who can manage or cancel the subscription. You can contact them at: it@uxarts.ai

To cancel a plugin subscription, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. From the file browser, select your avatar in the top-right corner to open the account menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select the Community tab.
  4. Under Community purchases, locate the subscription you want to manage.
  5. From the dropdown, select Manage subscription

And as the plugin is created by community members and not Figma, you can also contact the plugin’s owner on their page directly, on the right here (see below).  I hope this helps!

It does not show under community tab. When I had bought this I was taken directly to a payment link on stripe. Why dont you try to subscribe to the plug in and try to understand the payment process offered by Figma. Once you understand this, hopefully you can find an answer to my problem..of course this requires some effort from your end. But i am sure you can do it.

Thanks for the details! This looks odd, if the subscription was purchased through Figma’s payment platform, you should be able to manage it via your Stripe customer portal by following the steps shared earlier. If you’re still unable to see the subscription there, the next step will be to reach out to our support team directly with a screenshot and the purchase link so they can investigate further your case. (We can’t handle billing issue in the Forum due to security reasons).

To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “Report a bug”

As I said earlier, you just need to click once on the subscribe link. Once you do this, there would be no if or buts in your mind. 

 

As soon you click, the payment link via stripe asks you put in your card details and subscribe.

 

And the provider does not provide any links to unsubscribe. There are no contact details either.

 

Hence I request your help to put in 5 minutes and understand my problem. There is no rush to reply. Take 1 hour. You can solve my problem, just needs application if brain for 5 minutes

I have already emailed it@uxarts.ai.

I have not received any reply yet. Since the plug in is offered through your website, I hope you help me by highlighting my case to them..

Basically you are selling their product and may be get a part of the Commission. Hence I also hope you solve the problem of your customer.  

 

Please help in any way you can.  And please stop selling such plug ins.

No response / solution yet. I have been paying unnecessarily since 3 months. Please help me to cancel. Please get in touch with the plug in creator!! You have an active business relationship with them and still selling that plugin on your website. So you must be having their contact details. They have not responded to my email.
