cancel config ticket 2026

I need to cancel my ticket and would like to get a refund, but any time I try to start a chat I don’t get the right topic or resolution. Who should I contact/how can I complete the cancellation?

    I understand that you’d like to cancel your Config ticket.

     

    You can cancel your ticket up until the day before the event. If you cancel by May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that date are not eligible for a refund.

    I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1643324) on your behalf so you can connect with the right team to complete the cancellation.

    ​@Junko3 I also need to cancel my config ticket. I have created a ticket but no one has contacted me. This really should not be this difficult. Why is cancelation not a self-service? Please advise.

      Apologies for the delayed reply. I can see your support ticket on our end and can confirm that your Config ticket has been cancelled.
      You should have a cancellation confirmation email in your inbox, and your refund will be returned to the card you purchased with in 5-10 business days.
