I like the new annotation feature on the design mode to add detailed changes, behavior notes, and even capture some question. However, I just realized some people didn’t see the annotations. It seems it’s because they have view access and not edit access. Or is it because this feature haven’t fully roll out? 

Can we let users who have view access of the file see the new annotation feature? It’s useless when adding those notes and people on the file can’t see those.
