I’m a student at UNC-Chapel Hill trying to access the Education plan for my UX course. I’m currently locked out with a "Verification Limit Exceeded" notification and need help getting this resolved.
Timeline of my attempts:

Jan 13: Emailed
education@figma.comwith my Student ID, class schedule, and transcript for manual review. -
Jan 15: Sent a 48-hour follow-up to Figma.

Jan 20 (Today): Sent a 7-day follow-up to Figma and reached out to SheerID support.
I haven’t received any response from Figma Support in a week, and I'm falling behind on my coursework. Does anyone know how to reset the SheerID limit or get a manual verification prioritized when support is unresponsive?
