Can't Verify my Student Plan

Hello, 

I have been trying for two weeks to verify my student account to use the Education version of Figma, since I need it in order to complete coursework. However, every time I upload my course registration and student ID, it says that the documents are not eligible to verify my student status. I have also tried uploading my course schedule and my tuition receipt to no avail. I have also tried contacting Sheer ID, but everytime they just tell me to make sure I’m uploading the right documents. I’ve tried emailing Figma support aswell and have recieved no answer. I am also always logged on to Figma with my school-issued email address.

What can be done to resolve this issue?

Hey ​@erinschcal, I’m really sorry you’ve been stuck in this loop for two weeks, especially when you need access for coursework. 

Thank you for outlining everything you’ve already tried. I can see your existing support ticket (#1753958)

I’m going to escalate this directly to our Education team so they can take a closer look and prioritise it, given that you’ve already submitted multiple forms of documentation and contacted SheerID.

I’ll make sure this gets the right visibility internally.
