Can't verify for Education plan

Hello,

I have a problem with verifying my education plan. I have send al the correct information towards SheerID. The first time they denied it so I sent in even more proof of me being a student, but they never send me an email after that.

Today I received an email from Figma that my education plan will expire in 3 days, meanwhile I still didn't receive anything from SheerID regarding the matter.

I then decided to do the verification protocol all over again, but again I have not received anything from SheerID after submitting my proof, so I am a bit lost.

I would really like to be able to still use my figma account, since it has a lot of inportant files on it and I am a grad student in the creative sector so I will be needing it a lot!

Hope this can be fixed in time :)
