Can't use "select none" shortcut with ESC button

I suddenly can't use the Esc button to deselect things, as I'm used to. I’ve tried to restart both figma and my mac (I know it’s stupid but it does work sometimes). I also saw that in my shortcut list the shortcut is there, active, but for some reasons… it just stopped working randomly.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
