Can't swap nested instances with [Option + Enter] from quick insert after new update

Before the latest update I frequently swapped nested instances by:

1. Selecting the instance
2. Opening the instance finder
3. Press OPTION + ENTER to replace selected instance

Now after the update, the OPTION + ENTER shortcut does not seem to work for me. Instead I work around this by instance drag and drop or right click menu, which seems less efficient to me.

Has the shortcut changed or is this a bug?
