Can't re-verify my student plan - Verification limit exceeded

Hello,

while trying to re-verify my student plan for this year I got a verification limit exceeded error. SheerID said they cannot help. Their response: Please be advised that we were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts.

Please help.

Hi ​@Lian1908, thanks for reaching out!

Just to clarify, the verification process for higher-education students is fully handled by our verification partner SheerID. Have you already contacted them directly through their support portal here?

If not, I’d recommend reaching out to them using that link. Their team is usually able to review the situation and reset the limit so you can try submitting your documents again.

If you’ve already done this and are still stuck, please let me know I can check internally with the team.

Yes, I contacted them through that site. The reply I got is the one i attached in my post.

Hi ​@Gayani_S! I’m also facing similar problems and have emailed both SheerID and educationfigma.com but have received no help as each platform says to look at the other for guidance because nothing can be done on their end. I haven’t had access to my Education account since October. Please let me know how I can proceed! Thank you!

I took a look at your email associated with your forum account, and I saw that support replied to you last Thursday on ticket #1613491. Please check your email inbox at your earliest convenience and continue working with support directly. 

To summarize the reply from our Education team, you successfully verified but with another email address. You’ll want to make sure you are logging into Figma with the correct account.

If you’d prefer the email associated with your forum account, you may want to move your education status between accounts. If this is the case, please note that Figma for Edu is unable to move your status. You can follow these instructions to move the project or team you need to your current education account instead.

Otherwise, you can also complete this form. We are processing these status requests weekly and will let you know when the change has been made
